QR StudioDelete your QR Studio account
You can delete your account in the app or request help by email without reinstalling the app.

In the app
- Open Tools → Account and team → Account actions.
- If your account uses a password, enter it in the password field.
- Under data and sessions, choose Delete my account and confirm.
What is deleted
Your personal workspace and its server records are deleted. File-storage cleanup runs in the background. If you own a team, transfer ownership or delete the team workspace first.
If you cannot access the app
Email your request and the email address associated with your QR Studio account. We may need to verify account ownership. Never include your password, verification codes or Wi-Fi passwords.
Subscriptions
Account deletion and store subscriptions are separate. Manage an existing subscription through the store where you purchased it.
