Accounts and saved codes

Account identifiers, email sign-in details and session records are processed by the service. Saved QR and barcode contents, titles, collections, inventory records and dynamic-code settings are stored on the server. A code may include contact details, a location or a Wi-Fi password if you enter them.

Camera and selected images

Camera and photo access are used for scanning and reading selected images. When you add a logo, the selected and resized image is sent to the server for code generation. Content you save or send for code generation is processed by the QR Studio service, not only on your device.

Online features

Saving, synchronization and exports require the service. Dynamic QR redirects produce usage statistics. Sign-in, notifications and in-app purchases are handled through the service and the store you install the app from, only as needed to provide those features.

Your controls

In the app, open Tools → Account and team → Account actions to export data or delete your account. Device permissions can be changed in device settings. You can also contact us about your data using the address below.

Retention and deletion

Deleting an account removes its personal workspace and server records. File cleanup runs in the background. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, and you can request deletion at any time.

This website

This product website has no contact form, advertising tracker or analytics integration. The language selector stores your selected language in a first-party preference cookie. An email link opens your mail application; it does not send a request on its own.
